🏷️ White-label — coming soon

White-label analytics for agencies, built honestly

Custom-domain dashboards, your branding, reseller billing. We're building it. We're not pretending we already have it. Join the waitlist below — early-access partners get priority, and your specifics shape what ships first.

What we mean by white-label

Three concrete features, not buzzword soup. We're shipping them roughly in this order; waitlist signal will move things.

🛠️ First
🌐

Custom-domain dashboard

analytics.youragency.com points at our app, with your logo and color palette. Your clients see your brand, not ours. We host, you brand.

🔄 Next
🔑

Per-client login

Clients log into your branded dashboard with their own credentials, see only their site, can't see other clients. Read-only by default; configurable.

💰 Later
🧾

Reseller billing

You set client pricing, you handle the invoice, we charge you on a wholesale rate. Bigger lift on our side (Stripe Connect plumbing) so it ships last.

What you can do today, without waiting

If white-label is a soft requirement and you can use a workaround, here's what works on the current product.

🧰

Embed via REST API

Query stats from your own backend (/v1/overview, /v1/top-pages, etc.) and render the metrics in your own client-facing portal. Your branding everywhere, your URL, your CSS. Trade-off: you're building a UI.

🪪

One workspace per client

Run a separate Gizmo workspace per client. Invite the client to that workspace if they want direct access; otherwise keep it internal and surface numbers via your portal. Trade-off: dashboard URL is gizmoanalytics.io (no custom domain yet).

🤖

AI-generated client reports

Connect Claude Desktop or Cursor to our MCP server, ask "summarize Acme Co traffic for August", paste the answer into your client's update email. Per-client report formats without rebuilding templates.

🍪

Cookieless across all client sites

Drop the same script on every client site. No cookie banner needed on any of them. Saves you from explaining banner law to every new client.

What we're NOT planning (so you can rule us out fast)
  • Self-hosted on your servers.Gizmo runs on our infrastructure (Vercel + Neon + ClickHouse Cloud). We're not shipping a self-host bundle. If you need on-prem, Plausible Community Edition is the move.
  • Source-available code license.Gizmo is closed-source. We're not changing that for white-label.
  • Full UI customization. White-label means your logo, your colors, your domain — not rebuilding the dashboard component-by-component to match your brand guidelines down to the pixel. If you need that, the REST API + your own UI is the path.

❓ FAQ

White-label analytics — frequently asked questions

Is Gizmo white-label today?

Not fully — and we don't want to overpromise. Today you can run a per-client Gizmo workspace and use our REST API to embed dashboards in your own portal. What we don't have yet: a hosted dashboard at your domain, your logo replacing ours, or reseller billing where you bill clients and we bill you opaquely. Those are the canonical 'white-label' features and they're on the roadmap. Sign up for the waitlist if you'd benefit.

What's coming for white-label?

Three things, in roughly this order. (1) Custom-domain dashboard — analytics.youragency.com points at our app, with your logo and color palette. (2) Per-client login — clients log into your branded dashboard, see only their site, can't see other clients. (3) Reseller billing — you set client pricing, you handle the invoice, we charge you on a wholesale rate. We're prioritizing based on waitlist signal. The waitlist form on this page asks for your specifics — that shapes what ships first.

When will white-label ship?

Not committing to a date publicly. Roughly: custom-domain dashboard is the first piece and is in early design. Per-client login follows. Reseller billing is biggest because of Stripe Connect plumbing and is later. If you have a deal that's blocked on white-label and a real timeline matters, mention it in the waitlist note — we'll talk.

Can I build a white-label-ish setup myself today?

Yes, with effort. Path one: one Gizmo workspace per client + the REST API. You query stats from your own backend, render them in your client portal with your branding, and clients never see Gizmo's UI. The downside is you're building a UI. Path two: iframe Gizmo's dashboard inside your portal — works but the URL bar still says gizmoanalytics.io. Most agencies on this path use the REST API to render a focused mini-dashboard with the 5–10 metrics that matter to clients.

How will pricing work for white-label / reseller?

Not finalized. The shape we're considering: a wholesale rate per workspace per month + the existing event-based pricing on each workspace. You set client retail. We handle the infra, you handle the relationship. This is one of the things waitlist signal will inform — if most signups want flat-fee-per-client billing, that's what we ship.

Are there any white-label customers using Gizmo today?

Not in the formal sense — we haven't shipped white-label features. A handful of freelancers and small agencies use the REST-API-into-their-own-portal approach today and that works for the use cases they care about (read-only client traffic dashboards). The waitlist is for the full hosted white-label product.

Why don't you just say 'yes we're white-label' like everyone else?

Because it bites you. Agencies sign up expecting custom domains, find out we don't have them, churn. Better to be honest, capture demand, and ship the right thing. Plausible has white-label today and it's a reasonable choice if you need it now.

Will the waitlist guarantee me access when it ships?

Waitlist priority, yes. Guarantee, no — early-access slots will be limited because we want to ship something actually good before it's general availability. Signing up early signals intent and gets you in the queue, plus access to design conversations if you're vocal about specifics.
