- Why is MCP on the Free tier?
- Because the product IS AI-readable analytics. If your agent can't actually try it without a card, the positioning is a lie. Free gets full setup access (add sites, install snippets, manage tags) plus 50 query calls/day for sanity checks. Daily query caps scale up on paid plans — 200 on Starter, 1,000 on Growth, 3,000 on Scale.
- What counts as a site?
- A unique domain. foo.com and bar.com count as two. foo.com and blog.foo.com count as one — subdomains are folded together by default.
- What happens if I exceed my event limit?
- We don't silently drop events. We send you an email at 100% and ask you to upgrade. We keep accepting events up to 2× your quota; past that, we slow ingestion. You'll never lose data without us telling you first.
- Can I switch tiers?
- Yes, any time. Upgrades are immediate (pro-rated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
- What's the difference between yearly and monthly?
